Still In Motion

It’s been a while since the last post, but that doesn’t mean I stopped documenting.
The blog went quiet – but the reset didn’t.
Since then, all 8 episodes of SSSH: A Mindset Reset have gone live on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Each one was a reflection, a regroup, a reminder.
And while I wasn’t blogging, I was still storytelling—through reels, carousels, and quiet wins.

During the Silence, I Was Still Resetting

Episode 4: Holding Space for Grace

🗣️ “Giving myself room to mess up and try again is what grace is for.”

I’ve learned not to punish myself when I move slow, feel tired, or when I don’t feel strong.
Some days I lift heavy and others I lift light. And that’s okay.
Consistency and discipline are tough—but they’re also a work-in-progress.
There’s no need to get mad when results don’t go my way.
Grace is the space I give myself to keep going.

Episode 5: What the Scale Missed

🗣️ “It missed every quiet win…”

The scale missed a lot.
It missed the mornings I showed up when I didn’t want to.
It missed the workouts I pushed through.
It missed the shift in my self-talk.
This is a reminder that progress isn’t just what the scale shows.
It’s every moment the scale can’t measure.

Episode 6: Reset in Motion

🗣️ “I don’t want to give up. I can do this.”

When I finally listened to the voice inside my head that kept whispering those words…
It felt like peace.
Sometimes all it takes is a challenge—a spark—to reset your mindset and get moving again.

Episode 7: Building Different, Not Harder

🗣️ “Rest is also important.”

I’m learning to be more intentional about everything.
No more excuses about how late it is when it comes to meal prep.
If I need a break, I take it.
I’ve accepted that life will mess up my rhythm sometimes—and that’s okay.

Episode 8: Still Here, Still Growing

🗣️ “This is a journey without perfection, without pressure, just presence.”

This is not the end—it’s a reset.
Some days I crushed it. Other days… I got up.
But every day, I stayed.
This isn’t a perfect fitness journey.
It’s a real one.

The Journey Continues

I’m still here.
Still growing.
Still in motion.
And this journey?
It’s just getting started.
