Where It Started
Sometimes things just don’t go as planned.
[sigh]
Back in January, I started my cutting phase. I was in the zone. I created a meal plan. I had my workouts.
That version of me was focused, driven…and kind of beast mode.
I was ready and I was excited.
But then…life did what life does.
Where It Started
One day I slipped – without realizing it.
That slip turned into weeks.
By June, the scale was back to where I started.
I was back to 140lbs. I could believe it…but I really didn’t want to.
Where I Am Now
I didn’t let it get me down.
Okay… well…I was little down, because I knew I had messed up lol.
But I also knew:
I did not want to give up.
Even though this moment right now isn’t the transformation story I had hoped for, it’s a story about fitness struggles – and continuing beyond that struggle – because…
I didn’t quit.
I haven’t quit.
I’m still here.
What I’m Resetting
Still showing up.
Still learning.
Still resetting my mindset – without shame, without quitting on me.
Because life happens.
Week 2 is approaching.
Not with pressure
But with quiet clarity.
To Anyone Walking Through a Reset Too…I See You.
We’re still here.
Because this moment right now…
It’s only the beginning.
