The next phase of my fitness journey is here, and I’m excited because I’m going into a cutting phase!

Now that I’ve achieved my goal of 140lbs, it is time to cut calories and reveal any muscle I have built thus far. (Hopefully I did build muscle, and I didn’t eat all those calories for nothing, because that would suck!)

Nevertheless…

For this next phase, a new meal plan will be created, and the workouts will be broken out into 4 separate programs. This is so that if I notice not much progress is being made with my weight loss, I will either modify the meal plan or modify the next training program.

What I’m looking forward to?

I am looking forward to eating less food!

It was a struggle to eat a lot before, so I’m hoping this meal plan will be a little bit easier to handle.

I have heard that eating less can cause fatigue, moodiness, low energy, and more, so it’ll be important for me to think positive, not fall off my meal plan or give up.

What makes me nervous?

Not seeing any muscle!

Of course, this would be the worst-case scenario, which I know won’t happen!

I refuse to believe it’ll happen because I am determined to work hard and prove myself otherwise!

The key for me will be to remember that with every workout I complete, I am one step closer and stronger than I was before.

With all that said, it is time to get this next phase started!

So, let’s do this!
